A SMALL SMILE

Wednesday, July 28, 2010

A small smile!

That, awakens the confidence

Which, jaded like rock for hundreds of years of slavery

In every misery of heart and soul which

Losing its emotions and sentiments

And that smile!

It is having every way to fulfill the need,

To decline weakness, wickedness and poverty of thought

This smile, which swallows all blind contradictions of

Luxurious misbehaviors

Such caressing smile!

Wore as an ornament by “Mahatma”, by “Bhagat singh”

By “Nethaji”, by “every Indian who fought for freedom of this country”

Gave a new courage created everlasting fear for British

To see the Bharathi like a kali, a mother, a lover and a sister

Of its culture and benevolent character having roots of spirituality

My dear!

Just nurture that ‘smile’

To keep as a facsimile for post generations

Who, are becoming materialistic, losing all bonds of affection

And all sorts of bonded culture that made humanity

Nurture that smile, for their

Vast knowledge, wisdom and liberty
